Women Play a big part in Economic Growth

Women have the potential to change their own economic status, as well as that of the communities and countries in which they live in. Yet more often, women’s economic contributions go unrecognized, their work undervalued and their promise unnourished.

Unequal opportunities between women and men continue to hinder women’s ability to lift them-selves from poverty and gain more options to improve their lives.

Research shows that inequalities persist in the way paid and unpaid work is divided between women and men; in the fact that women remain the sole caregivers at home, and in their limited access to resources.

What's more, these imbalances slow economic growth.

By economically strengthening women who are half of the world’s workforce is not only a way to spur our economic growth but also a way to advance women's human rights.

If communities, governments and communities empower women, developing countries are less likely to be overwhelmed by poverty.

The bottom line is, investing in women helps speed up the development of local economies and create more equitable societies.

Everything started in 1857, when the working women of New York understood that they had enough and started protesting to get better working conditions and salary. Unfortunately, they didn’t give their demands a serious thought.

So, they continued protesting in order to meet the eye of the officials and were heard only when those protests turned into a revolution under the guidance of Clara Zetkin (Eißner).

Though the history of this holiday is like that, it means something different for the people today. This day’s associated with one of the most romantic holidays when women get the flowers and presents, a lot of attention, etc.

People have different views on Valentine’s Day. Some think that it’s a day to show and share some love. Some people think it’s a day to buy presents for their girlfriend/boyfriend, some people

Expect to get presents from their loved ones. Some people think sex is going to be more special and some guys just want to lock themselves inside from the flock that awaits him/her for a Valentines

Dinner. Even more amazing, some people think it’s a holiday maliciously created to make lonely people extremely depressed, crazy. And a winner, my friend once told me that Valentine is a pointless day created by corrupt capitalists, the wine makers, confectionary companies, Chocolate Companies and flower sales people to gain profit out of it while single people suffer at the clutches of the hands of these evil people. ;-).

But Valentine’s Day, the way I think of it, is like in the first interpretation. A day to show and share love to your close ones, to the needy, the ones in the hospital bed, the orphans, it’s a day to touch people’s hearts. And what happens after Valentines, keep the love, live it, don’t stop, keep showering that love to everyone cause if we all do that, trust me, world sure is going to be fine place to stay for everyone.

Just before celebrating Memorial Day weekend in Miami, Diddy reportedly tweeted that he was going to drop a $2 million freakin’ dollars at Miami’s best-known strip club, King of Diamonds. Well, it looks like his 8.9 million Twitter followers were not too happy. Diddy later retracted his comment and claimed that he wouldn’t drop that kind of cash at a place like that. Reports say that he would still drop some dolla dolla bills but the amount was never confirmed. Hey, mo’ money, mo’ problems, right?

Hi Yo! today I'm gonna share with you about Djs, the brothers and sisters who can burn that turntable! I'm talking about the most Paid Djs worldwide and we're gonna start off with number 10 of the top ten paid Djs of 2013.

Number ten is Ryan Raddon mostly known as Kaskade. He is 42 years old. He has released a total of 10 albums in a period of 10 years from 2003 and was also nominated for the Grammy's for the Best electronica/ Dance album for Fire and Ice. He was also awarded the Best Dj in America in 2011. Ryan gets an annual pay of $16 Million.

Men’s Clothing - Casual

Well today Kisungura finished off with one or two on men's clothing. He say's men need to style up abit in 2014. He's seen too many blunders in last year.

It’s usually easy to assume that most men (young men) have a couple of jeans pairs, some button shirts and a couple of t-shirts in their wardrobe. If one hasn’t any of those they are either creative or unusually well dressed.

If you need to look from everyman to looking a sharp and stylish look you have to take the basic pieces and swap a few of them out for pieces that are nice but not necessarily formal.

Here are a few basic staples of most men's wardrobes and some alternatives that can be worn in a stylish way but still casual.

T-shirts

You can replace them with polo shirts, long sleeved t-shirts, Breton tops, Henley shirts and any other light distinct styles.

Blue Jeans

Swap those for darker jeans, colored corduroys, cotton slacks or gray wool flannel trousers or any dark colored fit trousers.

Sneakers

Swap ‘em for casual leather shoes. Saddle shoes, wingtips, brogues, loafers – there’s a lot of options here. If you do want to keep sneakers in the wardrobe, go for colored canvas options (like Converse All-Stars) to keep it stylish.
